Service
Torny provides software to organise golf tournaments, including player management, scoring, and leaderboards. We may update features without notice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Free and Pro tournaments
Free tournaments are subject to player limits and feature restrictions described on our pricing page. Pro tournament unlocks are one-off purchases per tournament via app stores. Refunds follow Apple/Google store policies.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to host and display it to run the tournament for participants you invite.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, harass users, or upload unlawful content.
Disclaimer
Torny is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Official competition results should be verified by organisers. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
